Hi all! This was a quickie build based on a Gunze 365 BB... The numbers are temporary until I can find the correct silver numbers and I need the silly "Joe Camel IMSA" decals (anyone know where I can find a pair?) . A easily modified body needing only the nose retro'ed from the Le Mans-style front end... Not one of my best, but I'm working on it. I DO hate the molded wiper on the windscreen! Patrick

Ricmbi did full sheet of different IMSA markings, including Camel Joe's you seek. I have some, but will be out of town till the first week in March. My email is mijllaccm@yahoo.com. I'd be happy to share a few.

This is an older build of the same kit that needs some TLC, but there is a TILT kit that has similar decals and a better body with opening doors. I'll post pics of it shortly. Attachments:

Yes, the TILT kit is alot better. The TILT kit I'm working on is going to have a fully plombed Flat 12 in the back. For me it was easier to back-date the Gunze kit and save the TILT for a detailed Le Mans car.
Both kits have decals with them. The TILT decal has the wrong style NART lettering, but the Gunze sheet has the correct ones. If you're into details, make sure you research photos. I never noticed the difference until I looked at the real stuff. Chris knows what I mean. Take a look at his photo collection.

Patrick, you obviously didn't need to be schooled on the TILT version. Good luck with your build. And speaking of research... not sure if you've ever visited FerrariChat, but the level of knowledge and period photos on the "more old photos" thread is truly amazing. It was started in 2006 and is up to 385 pages. Some of the contributors include Tom Tanner, Marcel Massini, Tom Shaughnessy and Doug Nye. www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vintage-thru-365-gtc4-sponsored-redline-restorations/89883-more-old-photos.htmlWarning: Giant time suck, but worth every minute.

Can't read German but on a related Patrick post and seeing his 330 P2 Icon and anyone loving Ferrari's: While wanting to put the BBurrago 275 GTB V12 in a 66-69 Ferrari F1 and 330 P2/P3 slot car body builds, I just found out instead of hacking apart the 250 LM engine/Trans/rear suspension assembly, they can just be popped apart and the DOHC V12 head(s) piece and separate Webers (different than 250 LM) and exhausts can be interchanged. I just took photo's but my PhotoBucket new user account won't open, I'll post soon along with using the excellent BBurrago 250 LM chassis (modified) for 330P, and P2 static builds.
