Nice work on the engine and wheels. Did the engine come in the kit?

Great build of that engine Gary. I'm impressed with the level of detail on the valve covers.

Thanks JC. Yea...I've got to highlight all that detail yet. The tires are going to get the white paint on them too.

Thanks for stopping in and the compliment Shane. I'm still working on the engine area. I had to move the dist. back a little as the cap (from MAD) and wires hit the back of the engine housing. It's coming together a little at a time...

Here's a small progress report... The Distributor and coil are installed on the engine. The second (putty) go round on the side pods are ready for primer... Once I get it all primed...it will be ready for the color on the body. Here's a few pics...
Engine... Cassis tub...

Tidy looking "lump" as Steve Matchett likes to call the engine.

The engine came out really nice. I really like the looks of those early turbo installations,

Hey Rob....I hear you on the Turbos. Thanks for the compliment too!!
I finished the tires and wheels and they're ready to mount to the chassis...I used INDY CAL Decals and I really like them. Here's a pic...

Nice "sneakers", Gary! Michael at Indycals has made us all better modelers with his great decals!

Hey Brian...glad ya stopped in and commented bud. Yea....I've used the dry transfer style(not bad)stencil style ( kind of a pain..LOL) and other tire decals from other folks. This is the first time around with the Indycal tire decals. I like them as they are very opaque.
