Looking for one that is 100% complete and not started (with good decals and tires). US preferred due to shipping costs.
Regards.

Thank you but, as I noted, I am looking for a US-based seller. 1/12B

My apologies.
Personally I seem to have better luck dealing with the Japanese.

Personally I seem to have better luck dealing with the Japanese. I hear ya there, Paul. I ordered 3 kits from a place called Plaza Japan. Cost me $16.00 for shipping and I had them in about 10 days. As much as I'd like to support the local guy, I very rarely, if ever, shop North American anymore. Even within Canada, shipping is getting ridiculous. At my local shop, I can't buy anything decent for less than $45.00...Tamiya kits are $70.00 and up! 2 Revell kits cost me $95.00! I got 3 kits (2 Tamiya and an Aoshima) and a handful of Tamiya sanding sponges from Plaza Japan for $113.00!

Mike, I've probably spent $1500.00 in the past year just between Moto-Hobby and Tokyo-Hobby alone. Never a problem, very professional, shipping is usually $10.00 or FREE, and their prices are lower than domestic to start with. There's a guy in Hong Kong who's pretty decent too, has a lot of Fujimi stuff - might be a bit dodgy now given the politics though. And yes, shipping costs in North America are just stupid, it can cost more to ship something than the item is actually worth! Although I did just buy a 1/12 Tamiya 312T4 from a guy in Nebraska. $45.00 shipping (ouch!) and $71.00 for the kit (deal!). Overall, not a bad price. Sometimes you get lucky. But when you think about it, the ratio is pretty rediculous (unless you're the post office).
cheers mate

A word of caution on the Heller Kit, I recently bought one, dont remember the price or source, but the tires come and are like they were made from black sticky licorice and I mean badly warped and un-usable. I did send Heller a message about it and low and behold some 8 weeks later here came a new set somewhat better than the originals but still not perfect as far as being round goes. I had set the kit aside and the lost interest so I sold it. But watch out for those tires.. shipping is a big problem here because I see so many guys lo balling the kit price then making it up in the shipping, you know 1/12 Lotus 49 Tamiya $55. buy it now and $74. shipping !! I have shipped those kits for about $21. anywhere in the US Ebay attempted a crack down on this buy adding a Ebay auto shipping estimate on all items but that shortly disappeared and those sellers are back at it. I make a note to never do business with them I would rather pay a fair price for the kit and a correct price for the shipping, Think about it.. if they will try to stick you on the shipping , would they let you know if there was something wrong with the Kit?? I doubt it Chris

My Heller Ligier has PLASTIC tires (and I like them)! Maybe they decided their rubber ones were not working out! I know the Renault kit they did had lots of problems with tires (mine included), I have a Tamiya Renault parts kit that will donate its Michelins to the Heller kit.
