Just to prove that we're all slightly demented here, but you took something else and made it into the Budwieser car and I took the Budwieser car and made it into something else.
cheers

Thank you all for the replies..... I got tired of body work on this one, I have been spraying other bodies getting ready for the colder months ahead for us here in the Southern Hemisphere. So i have done some work on the engine, looking to do some plumbing so want to be able to take the air-cleaner off and show off the carby etc. The threaded rod will be cut down and i have a small nut to lock it all down if i want.

That's an interesting way of securing the air cleaner. What's your plans for detailing that engine up? Looks like a great start so far.

Shane,
What an impressive build so far. Your paint and decaling are just flawless. Every time I see a really good 2K gloss application, I weaken just a little more. I'm getting close for sure now.
Thanks for explaining why you cut the roll cage and glued that small portion to the inside of the shell. Not to hard to figure out just what a newbie I am when it comes to Nascar stockers.

Shayne, So glad that the Budmobile is back on your workbench. The engine really does look darn good especially with the block in Black and the heads in Aluminum. Not to mention that the valve covers get a "A" for how they turned out.
