You just need a little time to decompress. The Lotus 30s & 40s were such good looking racers, looking forward to seeing it painted.

I painted the 30 yesterday and it came out a sick olive BRG. I'm off to the store today to find a better can of paint. Maybe it was an old can I used. I did spray over a white primer. Hmmmmm.

A new can of paint does wonders as a warn day does! Paint is on and now sits to dry... My favorite time is at hand if I'm patient...decal time! Patrick

After fighting the decals and having difficulty removing them, I finally decided to just finish it with some ever so slightly narrower stripes I bought at a show. Double stripes has it a bit better, but this has been a frustrating wait to finish this "30 mistakes" car. Photos tomorrow.

It's finally getting close race fans! it looks better in the photos...and I put a mesh covering to hide the off set carbs, too... now a few more bits and doo-dads to go. Patrick
