Hello, Remember when I said it was going to be a quick build with no modifications? I don't like the kit's windshield and I'll make my own. Thanks, Ismael

Ismael, I just never know what to expect to see as your next project as it comes across your workbench. We took a break from the World of Corvettes with a short trip down Matchbox Lane, and now this. Never in a million years would I have thought that this era kit would be of much interest to you. But once again you've proved me completely wrong.
When I read that the build will be quick and basically out of the box, I had to laugh, nothing you ever do is quick or just out of the box. Nice job on getting the engine hood to properly fit. Are you going to be opening up every single louver?

Hello, What do you call a stylized piece of styrene with a little hole in it? ... a dashboard It fits properly. It is just the the weight of the steering wheel crooked it a bit as it is not glued in place yet. Thanks, Ismael

Ismael, I'm assuming that you used modeler's putty and a lot of hand shaping to get it to look that way. Time well spent to move your build up another notch on the ladder for sure.

I've built both the Smer (Atlantis) and the Heller. The Heller kit is the better of the two with both kits having different carburetion set-ups. I used Heller wheels on both of these cars.
