That is looking really good! Is the Marlboro white background a decal? or painted?

Chris, You already know how I feel about your paint jobs and gloss finishes, and the one on the F2003 GA is the best of the best. Just a perfect mirror finish.
On my current build (yes, I've actually started to model once again and will post soon) I need to do a section of Aluminum which I was considering Alcad 2 for, but since it would be masked I was concerned about pulling up the paint, so I went with Tamiya lacquers instead. You're a major user of Alcads, have you had any issues with masking and pulling up paint? I was also considering a Alcad 2 clearcoat sealer, but never have opened that bottle since I bought it.

Just to make sure I would do a scrap piece just to make sure. I donโt like their clear, it looks cloudy to me.. Thanks as always for the kind words. I like the Tamiya lacquers, just add a little lacquer thinner and it goes on really nice ๐

Thanks Chris... Joel, I use Tamiya #AS-12, Bare Metal Silver, in their Aircraft sprays, a lot, instead of the Silvers in the Tamiya TS line. I also use the Testors # 1834 Clear Lacquer since I have also experienced problems with the Tamiya # ts-13. . My 2 cents.....Chris
