I built CSX3016 in 1/25 scale using the Sunny kit. I wanted it in the same scale as my 289 Cobras built from the AMT kit.

My built Cobra collection stand at 6 - you are getting ready to blow past that total. Nice work Bill.

thanks guys , i thought building many at one time would be faster and easier. well it wasn't any faster or easy, but it is fun building cars that where kinda oddballs and not as popular as an essex wire cobra. seeing other cobra builds like the ones JC has built always inspires and motivates, along with all the other cool builds from the forum. maybe next time just 2 or 3 at a time.

a few ready for clear coat. #71 terlingua is a Studio 27 decal set and the rest are V-R-M decals. first time using V-R-M decals and very impressed with quality and how well they lay down.

Not familiar with the #71 car Bill. Can you share some info about it? that is cobra csx 4071 a fiberglass body car built as a promotional vehicle to replicate csx 3071 (a cobra built in 1991) not much race history ,but had the decal set and thought it looked cool.

According the Colin Comer's book Shelby Cobra Fifty Years (pg 255): CSX3071 is a "Continuation" car built by Shelby between 1991-1997. I do like the graphics.

Bill, What an exceptional assembly line. Gotta admit that the #71 just jumps right out at you and grabbed my eye. Can't wait for your next update.
