Thanks Joel. Here is a video to help explain the difference between the C2, C4 and RS.

JC, Thanks for the link, it's much appreciated. Of course at my age and being retired, my idea of a sports coupe is my 2014 Hyundai Coupe that I just love.

- Kit glass had a hole for the rear wiper, enlarged it to represent a cabin exhaust port
- Replaced the stock exhaust with straight racing exhaust
- Fabricated a tow hook
- Filled the license plate mounting holes

JC, Looking real good. Just wondering why the suspension members are painted Matt Black while the rest of the pan looks like it's basic Gray primer? I would think that it would receive a protective coating that would change the color? Then again, if I ever owned a Porsche, it would never see the rain, snow, or harsh weather elements. Joel

Joel there is more detail painting that could be done on the chassis but it would require a lot of masking. Choosing to put my efforts elsewhere on the build.

JC, Thanks for pointing that out. I make the same decision more times then not, especially when it comes to the bottom of the chassis that's never seen except in a contest at best. My apologies for typing before thinking it through. Joel

JC, Every small detail just adds to the high level your build has attained. Looking forward to seeing some paint on the shell as you're getting real close to that stage now. Joel

I don't have a paint booth so my paint schedule is dictated by weather, got some primer on the body.

JC, You're Porsche 964 C4 really looks outstanding in it's primer coat. Smooth as silk. As far as a hobby spray booth. I bought this more then a year ago, and it's fantastic!! Joel

I bought the same spray booth. With temps as high as 120 in the Summer and as low as the 20's in the winter, not to mention winds from 30 to 70 mph a lot of the time, I needed a place to paint. I installed it in my shop, vented it through the wall using a Dryer vent and Its Excellent!! The shop is insulated with dry wall, I have a heater for winter and a A/C unit for Summer, now I can paint year round with out worries or dust.. well worth the investment.. Chris
