As many may already know Paul Fisher, the master resin caster of sports cars and airplanes, lost his home and shop to the wildfire that destroyed Paradise California. I would like to start this thread as a tribute to his work and invite others to post pictures of his models. This is the Cunningham C4R that Paul has offered for many years now.

Paul made Great products of cars and aircraft that have never been modeled by the Plastic companies, I have painted several of them for friends and the result was also spot on. I dont know what his future plans are but I understand he is meeting with his insurance carrier to re-build. The masters are all gone, and several people have offered to lend their kits for Paul to make new masters. I am sure we will see something from Paul in the future.. Here is one I did for a friend Chris

That's a real pretty 512M, Mike. I saw the full scale car in action at Riverside Raceway in the early 70s in the garage and out on the track during practice for the Can Am race. I believe that Penske entered the car not with the intent to use it in the Can Am race, but to get track testing time with it. The team was there at Riverside anyway, so they brought the Ferrari along and killed the proverbial 2 birds. Paul Fischer's model kits are great.
I have a Fischer McLaren M6 kit. I have plans of making it a full detail build using parts from the Accurate Miniatures M8B and a small block Chevy engine from another source, perhaps the small block and cross-ram Weber intake from the Accurate Miniatures GS Vette, although it's not quite right, with no room for the thermostat housing or distributor at the ends of the intake manifold.
