In such a simple car it's all in the details, and the details rule in this excellent build. It's hard to imagine how much would be gained by a full detail kit if this version of the fiberglass tubbbed wonder. What colors did you choose, in particular for the tub, and are those p/e Dzus fasteners?

What colors did you choose, in particular for the tub, and are those p/e Dzus fasteners? Thanks Bernard. For the tub color I used Plasti-kote #234 red oxide primer out of the can overcoated with Testor's dullcote. The body is an airbrushed mix of Tamiya TS-26 Pure White and Tamiya TS-7 Racing White. Those Dzus fasteners are molded in details that I picked out with silver brush paint.

Excellent job on both cars Ron. Really enjoy looking at the body lines on these beauties. Both of those cars are on my build list. I just need to get to them....
