Yeah, still kickin'. Home today with some sorta bug. Been there before, usually clears up in a couple days...been to the doctor, yada, yada, yada....anyway, haven't done much with the 641/2 lately. Was waiting for the supply chains to open up again, I ordered some material from Japan and they just now got back to shipping by air to Canada but said there will still be delays due to the backlog of packages. So, not giving up, just gonna pop out a few things for a "change of scenery" while I wait, then I'll get back at it...and posting all about it. Currently working on a "Supernatural" Impala for my girl. She loves the show and wanted one built as soon as they were available, so, here I am.

That's why I took out the Porsche 956 from LeMans. It should be done next week. Then I'll start on the 1/12th T2. I have some repair work to do on the T on the white air box. Things got effed up... requiring a repaint and new decals.

Yes, I'm still alive. Yes, I still build and yes, I'm bringing this big bugger back! After almost a year (and a weird one it was!) I got bitten by the bug again. I seem to have these once in awhile, like most builders...get in a slump and just can't seem to get out. So I bought a racing rig, signed up with iRacing and spent more money and time there than I should have! I built a couple of kits in the last year, mostly slam dunk stuff, you know, a couple of days and it's presentable. But every time I walk past this car, I seem to hear, "Hey! When is it my turn again?" So, I pulled it out from the pile a couple of days ago and we're back at it! I didn't get a huge bunch done but still, it's a step in the right direction...the finish line is still a ways away but getting closer.... First, spent almost an entire day on the intake manifold area. Not perfect but, it's going to be covered up anyway so, it is what it is. The steering rack and fluid bottles are in there somewhere. Being the ever bright, thinking ahead, genius that I am, I took pics after the area was closed up. Duh! And, last but not least, the seat has a home... So, it's back to work in a couple of days so may be able to get some more done today and tomorrow but not holding my breath. The weather is starting to get decent and it's time to take my fat a*s for a walk. See ya's next time!

Welcome back to our little corner. Like you I do auto sim race, but i never stopped modeling. Just try to set up some kind of modeling time schedule that's easy to stick to. Slow but steady is the key to success for most of us.
