Intake covers for 1/12th Ferrari V12 boxer

I have decided that I need the wire rounded mesh covers for the intake valves on my Ferrari 312B V12 1/12th scale boxer engine. It makes no sense whatsoever to not have them.

Any ideas?

They need to be uniformly round and "brass" colored or I would attempt them on my own.

When I did the intake screens for my BRM, MFH supplied the pieces to make them. I think I would get a dowel the same diameter as the outside of the intakes. Then round it off. Then a trip through the plumbing section of my local Home Depot to find some brass mesh. Form it over the dowel and trim.
