So with shipping, he wants $70 for it. And it is broken and possibly not complete. I've got a partial started Tamiya version, so it doesn't interest me. I find it strange that he states he has no way of knowing if it's complete, but it has the instructions, which could be used to parts check.

If I'm willing to pay extra for insurance and tracking, what's the risk on their end? And what's up with the shipping prices? I can't believe it actually cost $30.00 to ship a single $7.00 Tamiya paint brush to Canada! Is this an ebay "automatic" thing?
