It’s almost there. As of today, I still need to add the rear bumpers and a circle plate for the hood pin to one side. The Alclad got a nasty thumb print on it when I tried to glue it on, so I have to redo them. Here’s the front with the grill piece installed in the center. Here’s the fuel filler and you can see the decal with the track records. I basically had to “create” what this says, because it was not legible in the pictures. I listed races out of the newsletters that SCCA Cal Club provided to accumulate the schedule and used some realistic approximate times for the track records. OK, so now we’re all caught up! Next up will be the finished studio and outside shots once I get the bumpers on. Thanks for looking!

Thank you, guys. I really appreciate your comments and for checking this out.
Paul, that's hard to say. It will be at GSL, as you know, but I'm not sure what may come after that locally. Maybe Mini-con in Ontario in June? Then the Citrus Nationals, if they have it this year. I will definitely bring it to the So Cal NNL next year.

I think Art is a 1/25 size person using little tiny tools to build a real car in 1/25. That's the only logical explanation I can come up with.

Thanks to all of you. Jim, look forward to seeing some Vette's from you as well. I would build more, but I'm a little burned out on them right now! But someday I would like to do the predecessor to this livery and build the #45 AIR car, and maybe the Owens Corning as well. I love that era. I definitely want to do more SCCA cars. I'm thinking of maybe taking this Opel kit I have and making this or something like it: -Art

I'm planning on about six Corvette's, AIR, Owens Corning, DX, BFG early and late, and Holiday Inn. And, yes, more SCCA cars indeed. I'm into a pair of Datsun S200's , a Lotus 7, BRE Datsun 510, a trio of Miata's and a few others. Most are going to be phantoms. The Opel would be great.
