Ismael, Just "borrowed" your use of tape and foil, as well as your netting. The end results are simply amazing.

Hello, Disregard for now the unpainted back of one of the bench seats. I will re-arrange the seats because the colors are different. Also, the legs are painted steel but I'll re-paint in aluminum. Thanks, Ismael

Cool set! Thanks! I did't have the intention of using any aftermarket stuff on this one. It was supposed to be box stock. Just adding scratchbuilt details here and there. However, that set would be GREAT for the Army Medevac version. I found pictures of the white air ambulance version and I love it! If I hadn't paint mine already, I'd have changed course. So maybe there is another one in the future...

Hands down....best job I ever had.

Ismael, Now those scratch seats are truly amazing. Love the copper tubing legs with the side braces. I guess your goal of OOB is shot now for sure.

Those look great Ismael. What an improvement! You do have a couple of options at your disposal for these now in order to make 'em look a little more worn in and give the whole thing a little bit more of a deeper look. One is a light wash (which I would be hesitant to do over tape now that I'm thinking about it) and the other one that I'd be leaning towards is a dry brushing of ground up pastel a couple of shades darker green than you have here. Just take a green pastel stick and grind it up on a piece of sandpaper and do the same with a black pastel. Then mix the two together to a darker shade and dip a paint brush on it and lightly brush it across the seats. You may have to rub it in a little with your finger or the paint brush to smooth everything out but you'll be surprised at the results. It'll help bring out the detail and give it a more realistic look.
