Paul, I'm right there with Chris and Shunter, as I can't wait to see you built it. The Tamiya kits in 1/24th scale are outstanding, so I can only imagine the amount and level of details that the kit contains. Betcha it set you back a pretty penny or so.

Thanks Joel I spent less than Patrick has shelled out for his GT40 project.

Thanks for signing up to watch my build, guys. I managed to get some time to give this build some more love. I've realized the reason I like MFH kits so much is all of the fitting that must be done. In that respect, it's much like a real car. You have a pile of parts that must be fitted before they can be painted and assembled. The start of the roll cage assembly of 15 pieces. I need a couple of more hands to hold the back half together while I fit the front tubes. I also started on the bodywork. The doors open, so their is an inner half and an outer half. The upper window frame is sandwiched between the lower halves. I held the doors in place to check the fit of the window frames. After massaging the upper frames, I managed to get them to conform to the body. And a mock-up of the two right side doors 206

Paul, That roll cage is amazing. And nice job getting the doors to fit the body.

The MFH kits are really impressive. Like you Paul I do my best to fit and preassemble as much of the build as I can before painting. Not all kits are easy to do that with.

1/12 scale.....WOW!!! First off this is gonna be an epic build and secondly.....what does your display space look like? You've gotta have one helluva display area to show kits of this scale in.
Looking forward to more on this one Paul.

I'm with everyone else...this is going to be a GREAT looking build when you finish it! Like Joel mentioned...that roll cage looks GREAT! MFH does make some outstanding kits as I have a few of their F1 kits.
