Any of you old SCCA heads recognize the decal on the rear quarter panel of this GT350R? Thanks!

No Luck. Started 46th, did not finish. No photo. Interesting driver line-up with Wilber Shaw Jr., Brock Yates (never got a chance to drive it),and David Houser. They must have had a lot of ambition to drive such an old car in a 6 hour race. I'll poke around some more, but the best sources came up empty.

I once owned the team car, a 1969 Camaro (that won its class that day). I have recently completed a custom of the Camaro, and have been in contact with the current owner of the Shelby. Trying to make a custom of the Shelby, but not very many pictures of it. Talked to one of the principles of the Bolus & Snopes efforts, William Jeanes, the other day, and he lost all his photos in flooding from one of the hurricanes in Mississippi. Thanks for looking!

No luck on the decal but I found this video. The car shows at 1:17 blowing up the engine or something. The car was blue. According to the video the race was Feb 6, 1972.
Thanks, Ismael
