Hello, I don't think I've shared this in this forum. The one and only 1957 magnesium body Corvette SS is my ALL TIME favorite car. EVER! Bar None! I kneeled in front of it at the Indy museum and security had to drag me out at closing time... (not really, that was meant to be a joke) Aardvark Resin Corvette SS. The kit is almost as rare as the car itself. I've been trying to get a second one for over a decade and a half now. Heavily modified and tons of scratchbuilt. Part of the research of this car involved talking over the phone with Indy museum personnel discussing the color of the car. This is the only model I have frequently taken out of the display case, placed on the dining table and just looked at it... [insert hearts and love symbols here] Model finished in 2005 I need to take new pictures of it. These are pictures from that time. My best model ever, built with the heart, more than the hands. Can you tell I like it? Thanks, Ismael

I see a set of keys hanging in the ignition. When are you going to do an engine start-up video? LOL

No Doubt, Beautiful Car and Model. Zora had the right idea on this car. It was the basis for the 63 Corvette and all that followed. I would have really loved watching it race. Great Job on a Great Replica.. Chris

Ismael, OMG!! this is so much more then just a model. Perfect build, perfect paint, just pure perfection my friend. I also noticed the two hanging keys, now that's a really nice touch. Also the amount of pictures in your diorama seems to tell the story of this Vette to a "T"
Thanks for sharing this trip back into time.
