Looking good! I've also heard about yellow primer to make reds pop.
Thanks, Ismael

I used the Tamiya pink primer once, it worked fine under red. On Ferraris I use red oxide primer, yields a deeper blood red finish if that's what you're seeking.

I've heard the same about the primer, and seen the results. The pink really does make a difference. joel

The basic engine is finished, so I checked the fit to the gear box. Then I assembled the wing pylon. A bit tricky because it's six pieces that have to be held together while applying CA. 506

What a gorgeous sight! Just put the exhaust and display as a separate model by itself.

I have a question Paul. Being one of our resident MFH gurus, do you know if they ever produced a 1/12th of the 1966 Ferrari 312 F1 car? Surtees' Spa winner? That's one kit I might jump to the dark side for.

So you are working two MFH kits at the same time? You are a very bold, brave, and ambitious man!
This looks great!

I got the wheels finished.. Not much to do to them except paint and install valve stems. The suspension bits are coming along So you are working tow MFH kits at the same time? You are a very bold, brave, and ambitious man! This looks great! Thanks Patrick. As Ismael calls it, I suffer from Project Hopping Syndrome. And there are more than two MFH kits started. But I keep them organized in their own project boxes. 737
