I am building the Heller Lotus 49B in the Dark Blue Siffert version, looking through so much research I notice most races were run without the two radiatir outlets on the top of the nose and some with them...Anyone want to comment on this, before I fill them in... Chris

You just need to pick a point in time. A specific race that you have plenty of reference material from, and build to that. Or just build it however blows up your skirt!

Where did you get the tubing? Doesn't the fuel lines come from the front of the of the unit?

After filling the radiator vents, I laid down 2 coats of Bare Metal Silver (to seal the Red Plastic, , and three coats of Dark Blue, all Tamiya Lacquer and it came out Beautiful!! Deep Dark Blue, no sanding, or rubbing just awesome!! Now decals and a couple of clear coats ... I am making stainless steel suspension parts in the interim... Dont Ya love it when the paint just co-operates.. This is going to be one hell of a beauty.. OOOOOOhh and also a look at tonight's Sunset, here in Bullhead City Az. Looking west over the Colorado river from my front porch my other hobby!!
