Exhaust pipes added. Exhaust is tucked up pretty nicely.

JC, Those exhaust pipes really finish off the exhaust system quite nicely. The thinning of the tube walls should really make quite a difference to the final effect after painting.

Thanks Joel. Fabricated the rear brake cooling ducts. Cobbled together and not 100% accurate but I'll take it.

JC, Those rear brake ducks and vents look perfect when viewed from the outside, which is how we'll see them on the finished model. Every time you post a picture of two with those hand made, scratched exhausts, I'm just still amazed.

JC, Those exhaust pipes really finish off the exhaust system quite nicely. The thinning of the tube walls should really make quite a difference to the final effect after painting. Joel I found out years back that Evergreen Plastic Tubing comes in a "Thin Wall Assortment Pak" Kit Kraft in North Hollywood Calif. carries a full line of Evergreen Plastic tubing and I stumbled across this while looking at the assortment packages. They are big time in supplying the Film Industry with materials for props and thus carry full lines of products like this. They only come in an assortment but are worth the $14 or so $$ to pick up. I ordered catalogs from both Evergreen and also Plastistruct so that I could stay up on what the have and fill my needs. I ordered some .080 round rod direct from Evergreen and when I got it the rod was more oval shaped, so I call their great Customer service, they explained I must have gotten Rod from the end of a run which is not always round, normally they catch it and melt it down, some one in Q.C. got a chewing from the boss on this one... and they sent a free replacement as well as 4 other sizes I had ordered just to make sure all of it was Round. Great company and very helpful.. Chris

Thanks Joel and agreed my primary concerned was how the brake ducts looked when the model was right side up. Added jacking points:

JC, More attention to those little details that really add up to a spectacular build.
Chris, Thanks for the info on thin wall tubing, as that should help me with numerous upgrades on future model builds. Will be checking out that site and putting an order together (after the Holiday season), as I've always had issues finding one of the two local hobby shops that actually carry Evergreen as the rack is always mostly empty.

Love what your doing with this JC. Makes me want to break out one of my Porsches even though it would not be anywhere near what you do.
