...about NASCAR kits, I thought I'd join in! I built NASCAR exclusively for the longest time but with a divorce and moving around (4 different addresses in 10 years), pretty well all of my NASCAR stuff has gone by the wayside. I've spent most of my recent modelling "career" in the F1 and muscle car domain but when I found this online, I just had to have it. It arrived this morning... Now, I'll be the first to tell you, it won't be built today or tomorrow but hopefully, I can at least make a start on it relatively soon. With about 10 to 15 other kits in different stages of construction, I really don't want to start another but dammit, this thing is talking to me already!

I hope to follow your build on this when and if you get to it Now you will have me scouring the internet for 1/16th kits!

Kit is in great shape to Mike - it looks basically Mint. It is. Facttory sealed. It's a re-release...2014. It's been around for awhile, though. The original was released in 1973, along with a Richard Petty version. I can't believe you've never seen them before. There's another series, as well. A 7/11 Thunderbird, A Hardees Thunderbird and a couple of Grand Prix's, all released back in the late 80's. Pics are linked from scalemates. Hope they work...
