A GREAT All-Around Driver! Bob could drive anything from stock cars, GT cars, prototypes and Formula 1 unlike today's one dimensional Formula 1 drivers!

Grandsport3, How true. But the times were so different back in the 1960s. F1 mostly had less then 10 races any one season so that the drivers, teams, and owners had the time to race in other series. And lets not forget that it was a lot cheaper then it is today.

I was fortunate to attend the Bondurant Driving school at Riverside International way back in the late 70's Bob was involved in a lot of racing at that time and I only spoke to him a few times. He was a True Champion in my book and I have followed his career since then. My condolences to his family and may he Rest In Peace. Chris
