Afternoon Fellows, Here are some shots of the mid-1960’s era 1/24 Bill Thomas Cheetah projects that I am selling. Two Cox Cheetah Coupes and One Cox chop top Cheetah Roadster and One 1965 Super Cheetah/Monza GT projects I was stocking parts for using AMT 1955 Mercedes Benz 300 SL kit chassis and suspension and MPC Sting Ray kit following Bob Schleicher’s famous Cheetah scratch build in the December 1966 Rod and Custom magazine (included) and the March 1964 Hot Rod magazine (included). Two new and one partially assembled Mercedes 300 SL and one new Sting Ray donor partial kits as called for by Schleicher. One Coupe has a very rough top body finish but can be sanded out as to be unnoticeable. One 64 Corvair Monza GT metallic red slot car body that Bill Thomas used the rear section design for the never produced 1965 Cheetah GT/Super Cheetah which fits perfectly over the rough finish Cox body use from the windshield back with the original Cheetah nose with a hood opening. Has one set of for wide American Mag wheels. Two sets of bagged Carrera Cheetah slot car exhaust pipes (chrome and flat white), one Chevy big Block and one Chevy small block engines and over the footwell headers. Enough parts to do or complete a good Cheetah collection. I'm asking $225 plus shipping. I'll throw in some of my historical magazines. Will put on eBay next week if not sold. Thanx for looking, John
