It took me a bit to find it but , if you have Dish TV or similar the 24 Hour LEMANS Race, in it's entirety, will be on Motor Trend TV channel 281. Other Satellite stations and cable stations should have it on Motor Trend TV. Enjoy the race, maybe do a 24 Build? Chris

I'm out of town. Missed the race for the first time in decades. Really bummed I can't find ANY timing and scoring online. No idea what is going on at the race.

The WEC website had timing and scoring - you had to go to the 2023 season, then scroll to Le Mans race to get into it. I was tracking it regularly - you'll bechappy to hear Corvette Racing persevered and won their class. Ferrari was overall winner. Garage 56 finished the race, but must have had a delay because they were 20+ laps behind the GTE-AM leaders.

1st win for Ferrari since 1965. joel No rain here for weeks, and then the satellite lost signal 10 minutes before the finish. I must have done something real bad in a former life.
Something positive for Ferrari at least, glad to see it!!

My team wins the GTE Am class! (or whatever they call it this year). The WEC site kept asking me for credentials and popped out "Not available in your country". But I'm only 35 miles from home. I'm not out of the country, I'm out of town! It works at home! Same phone same provider. Go figure. Ended up with a "clandestine" feed on YouTube that was been shut-down every few minutes. I was able to see scoring the last 3 minutes of the race.
Good closing chapter for the team and now officially LeMans was won by C5R, C6R, C7R and C8R.
My second favorite marque won overall! Sure wish I could have seen it.
Thanks, Ismael

I know this is resurrecting a past thread...but...
My 64 Mercury, and 61 Ranchero, were both built during the 24hrs at Daytona(iirc). Any kit of choice was allowed there.
Have you guys ever thought of a 24hr build during the 24hrs of Lemans? Race cars of course. Any type would be permitted? Rules are no more than four pieces glued together before hand, maybe even allowing all parts to be cleaned up before hand as well?
Oh, and the cool part. The guys who did the Daytona 24hr,use zoom,so it was like sitting around the bench and building with your buddies. It would take one of the members stepping up for the paid subscription that everyone else could log onto, unless someone already has a subscription.
Something to think about.

Iโve always thought this would be fun and have seen it in various other spots online. It interests me as a builder solely for myself. Dark corners of my shelf hide a litany of issues. I could probably get a simple kit with a simple paint scheme together in 24 hours and be pretty happy with the outcome.

I know it would help me build one of those again.

I wonder if some of the builders could build one and keep themselves from super detailing it. ๐
