Paul, Now that's quite a collection of F1 Ferrari's. Interesting how the variations in the Red paint show up so well in that photograph.

BTW, I just might be the only guy here who doesn't have a single built Ferrari or even one in his stash (which I'm now finally focused on and building down at 77 and not getting any younger). Just always had it in for Ferrari and the Commodore after the great LeMans wars of the mid 60s as that's when I discovered the world of international non-straight line racing.

My collection of Ferrari models are two. One I built for my wife, and one is a 250 dirt track race car. The only thing to do with a Ferrari. 😂

Four of my six... the other two are the 312T with the high airbox and the other is a 156 Dino Sharknose. Both in the queue for some summer work! Left to right 312B, 312T4, 126C2, and a 641/2.

Very nice but I get nervous seeing those too close to the edge Still waiting for you to finish the Sharknose. I have several Ferraris but all are road cars. Thanks, Ismael

Thanks, Ismael! What's life in a Ferrari if you aren't close to the edge? Right?
And I will be getting back to everything... someday soon... I hope. Actually, this has been a very busy and wet spring. Every time I think our property is going to dry out enough to mow, it rains again. And we had to replace the main water line from the meter to the house due to a leak... which, of course, was under the concrete driveway. And because it rained, the trench dirt has settled so they have to backfill it again.
Homeowner saga #2- due to wildfire safety mitigation, we are spending a substantial amount of money on landscaping. And it is being affected by... yup, you got it! Rain!
Factor #3- after 32.5 years with the same employer, my wife quit (toxic environment) and is in a new (and very happy) career with the County Fire Department as part of a brand spanking new Quick Response Unit Paramedic. She is #1 in seniority in the first ever EMS Academy with the fire department.
Lots of changes and no time to pause. I need to quit reading so much and do some building. I actually did get the new body drilled out for the McLaren M19A. But the Sharknose is right behind that followed on by a restoration of an Alfa Romeo 179 that I broke down to repaint a few years back.
The Sharknose keeps calling my name, Ismael!

Patrick, I feel your pain as all it has done this year is rain, rain, and then for a change rain again. All those storms from the west coast sooner or later make their way to the east coast and then turn left and up the coast. At this rate I won't be turning on the lawn sprinkler system any time soon. Oh yeah, lets not forget the Earthquake we had last week. And we almost never get them. Hurricane season should be the worst ever for sure.
Thinking of switching from modeling cars to an Ark 1:1 scale at this rate.

It costs $50 to get in... it was free when Moses was running the show.

So Noah worked for Moses? Yeah kind of a BIL deal... I never said I was a biblical scholar... both guys had something to do with great amounts of water... and I ain't no shipbuilder. Others would put that a different way...

Back to the Ferraris, what is still pending on the Sharknose? I remember you were working some body fit challenges a long time ago but chassis and engine were done, right?
