One of my favorite car builders id Bob Norwood, Doom Porsche, Can Am, and more. He has built some Bonneville cars that a bit controversial over the years and my recent WIP is in that vain. I started a Ferrari 365 BBttii, twin turbo, intercooled, NOS injected, flat 12, midship, Norwood is know for taking slightly expensive cars and putting 1100hp engines in the, like a 288GTO with a twin blown Big Block Chevy in the front!! These are LSR cars and I love this kind of innovative engineering.. so here are some pics of my project I used a Revell 365 BB converted a Monogram Mythos flat 12 engine with a transverse transaxle to a weisman transaxle, moved it forward in the chassis, the twin turbo and intercooler set up is done just waiting some more chassis work, a slight modification to the front of the body by opening up the vent across the nose is done, current work is mostly getting the interior sorted but I am almost ready for paint and final assembly and detailing is very close...more to come..here is a link to my research and build album on Fotki. public.fotki.com/pmodwrks/1-1-365-bb-lsr-wip/page6.html there are some great Norwood cars and info in that album so check it out and I am sure you will get where I am coming from. I am really enjoying this and will be building at least 3 more LSR Ferrari's a 308 with unknown engine, a Enzo with a drag style blower and a Twin Turbo F50, I am thinkin these will make a great display when all is done.. Chris, It looks to me like the spark plug wires are going to the starter motor. Did Norwood move things around or is it an ease in building thing?

That's a nice intercolor set-up there...are you sure you need one? I heard about this hot-shot Ferrari builder that didn't even know the Indy Ferrari didn't have an intercolor! Duh! I'll race you to see who finishes their car first..."The Great LSR Build Race"...the loser gives up his pink slip!

Yeah! Im running NOS!! Gotta have a Intercooler set-up. From my experience on real cars using NOS it would need lower fuel/air intake temps to prevent detonation problems... Hahaha reminds me of a 66 Mustang V8 we put NOS on then promptly had a detonation and blew the manifold, bolts and all up through the fiberglass hood!! I thought it was Hilarious, the car owner....not so much!!! Chris
