We lost another great legend of first Corvette racing' days. the " Flying" dentist of Washington,D.C., Dr. Dick Thompson died the last week-end,at the age of 94. Remember when he drove with B. Windridge the very good Corvette of Cunningham race team at "Le Mans" in 1960: Welcome to the Paradise of legends,Dick...R.I.P.
Greetings.

Just read that, what a super nice guy! I had the pleasure of sitting down with my friend Pete Lyons, Dick Gulstrand and Dr Dick Thompson at a book signing at Autobooks in Burbank Ca. I had previously met Gulstrand but it was certainly a honor to be in the presence of Dr. Dick.. we had a great conversation... Chris
