I know I have a decal thread on here, but I wanted to create a "home" for all of the various support products - P/E, C/F, Livery Decals, etc that are & will be done for this kit as I expect it will have a robust life in 2018 particularly in the liveries, especially if Tamiya releases a second version with the 2017+ LED style headlamps. So far as of this writing (12/30/17) there are three liveries and a carbon fiber decal set available from Studio27. The C/F is pretty comprehensive. Not shown is a 1/4 sheet of decals in there comprised of 35 little slivers of decals used for creating the correct look for the grille which has C/F on each side of the individual chrome "teeth". 10507595a by James Duff, on Flickr Livery-wise we've gotten the 1st, 2nd & 4th place finishers for the 2016 24Hrs of Nurburgring. I'm personally holding out for the GUMMY BEARS! Haribo sponsored the 3rd place finishers. I would also take the Mann Filter livery as it finished 6th, right behind the Rowe BMW M6. I'm not sure it's possible with any other combination of races and decals to not only do the Podium, but the following 4th through 6th before - I hope they finish out those latter liveries. Gravity Colors makes the Matte Gray and Black Falcon Blue colors required for the 2nd & 4th places cars. 1st - WM_Nurburgring-2016-05-29-004 by James Duff, on Flickr 2nd - WM_Nurburgring-2016-05-29-029 by James Duff, on Flickr 4th - WM_Nurburgring-2016-05-29-009 by James Duff, on Flickr

I love this kit. I've got six of them already, and once done I can see myself building more. They're a great blank slate for various liveries. Fola @ Slotfabrik has a nice selection available for these already. They've been resized to fit the Tamiya kit. I've got two sets so far, but havent used either yet, soon tho. www.slotfabrik.com/index.phpBruce @ Patto's Place has several sets as well. I've got one in the works now, the fit is actually pretty good. And Hobby Design has just released their PE set which looks really good, and fairly extensive. There's alot more to that set than I thought there was going to be. They also suppose to be releasing a few decal sets soon too.

The aforementioned Hobby Design P/E Set I showed the guy who runs S.K. Decals my arrival of a "case" (well a U.S. case anyways) of AMGs and was told that wasn't enough for what he has planned.
