Hi all! I admit it... I have very little patience for scrolling through stuff, especially on the internet. I was very frustrated over the lack of cohesive information in an easy to use format when it came to researching F-1 plastic or whatever kits that you have to build (I say that to exclude diecast). So I decided to create one! This by no means is a complete list as I keep finding manufacturers I've never heard of until now such as Modeler's and Auto Modeler's Café. But they made some interesting kits that are probably impossible to find, but at least I know about them now. I also had no idea that Model Factory Hiro charged so much for their kits but when I saw the metal tooling for the engines, it all became clear. There are some amazing kits. But I digress, as I am wont to do... Here is a spreadsheet with as much information as I could find in the last 4 days. I am sure I will be adding to it as others contribute. And please, let me know what I am missing so it can be added. I figure many hands make... well whatever that saying is... Feel free to download it. I used Microsoft Office 13 Excel to create it. It is virus free (I hope) and please let me know if it's readable! Thanks for reading! F1 kits spreadsheet Update B 7-1-19.xlsx (34.1 KB)

I don't see the Merit 1/24 kits; "In 1957 Merit produced precise 1:24-scale models of current F1 protagonists: Lancia-Ferrari V8, Maserati 250F, Gordini T-16, as well as milestones of the pre-1952 F1 seasons: Alfa Romeo 158, Talbot-Lago T26, Maserati 4CLT/48 “San Remo”. And thanks to a flurry of new offers in a few months’ span, we could also buy and build the emerging British single-seaters striving for the limelight after a decade of playing second fiddle to the Italians in the form of the Connaught B-Type “Syracuse” 1956, BRM P25 1956, and Vanwall VW4 1956."

You don't see them because I don't have a source for them! Can you give me a link?

Thanks, 4wheels. I will add them to the spread sheet. Thanks to an astute reading by one of the members, I found a whole slew of F-1 kits made in the 50s by Merit! They have been added to the spreadsheet! F1 kits spreadsheet Update C 7-11-19.pdf (751.12 KB) Any other suggestions are always welcome as this is a growing project!

This has turned into quite the project. I am combining several sources including f1.com. There are all scales from 1/8th to 1/43rd. I have two major manufacturers left to go that have a combined out put of over 700 kits in 1/43rd and 1/20th.
Studio 27 has over 396 entries in the database. It may be redundant but the F1m.com database doesn't break it out by scale, so I am doing that. You will be able to instantly see what is available in every scale from every manufacturer that I can find.
I had no idea there were 1/8th kits or that Revell did three 1/12th kits! And I know that there must be some serious collectors out there by the number of Ferrari and Brabham cars that have been created in miniature!
What did I get myself into?
