Just a heads up that Fujimi has re-issued their nice 330P4 kit. The aftermarket guys had really jacked up the prices on these so finding them at less than $30 is a nice surprise. I have 2 coming from HobbySearch. www.1999.co.jp/eng/10230990

Ohhh, good news indeed! I have a few things cooking for 330P4/412P.
Historic Racing Miniatures makes the set to install an engine. Or, you can buy the Heller kit.

I've always preferred the 330 P3 over the P4 due to the P3's "Brutish" look with the huge headlight covers (same size headlights), slightly wider and arched nose and no tail spoiler extending over the sides, and different screened openings on back. I have two P3 Spyder 1/24 clear (painted, I'm stripping) slot car bodies each different and am trying to pick up another, all different mfgr. I also have a 1/24 Heller P4 and Jouef P4 I'm leaving alone. I found the Burrago 250 LM makes a very good 330 P and P2 chassis, I am modifying three all slightly different wheelbases to suit the bodies. I also found the Burrago 275 GTB diecast engine will look good in a P2 and P3 (centerline carbs/injectors)and will get a "Daytona" to strip the engine from. I chopped the roof off the Burrago 250 LM and am making it the white 330 P Rodriguez ran in the 65 prequel races to the Can-Am. I have lots of extra Burago parts, anyone want them? Contact me.

The Ferrari projects have lagged due to making the various transaxles and an prototype McKee-Chevy (Dick Doane). But basically using three Burago 250 LM chassis I've modified for 330P and 330 P2. The 250LM I chopped off the roof and the 330P2 I'll use the 250 LM chassis with the Burago 275 GTB 4-cam engine which looks nice. One photo shows the Pactra NART 365 P2 "White Elephant" slot body sitting on the 250 LM chassis with the Burago 250 "365" engine. Click on the links to view. Thanx, John
