Does anyone have, or know of, any photos of the original McLaren Elva group 7 car with the bodywork off? I can't find anything showing the tube frame chassis of the car.

public.fotki.com/pmodwrks/mclaren-elva/ Here are a few in this Fotki of about 70 pics but I just noticed my PC file had 259 for the McLaren Elva, includes some of the new Elva (2019) version I am going to revise the Fotki album to show the full 259 with many more body off pics inc the stressed skin space frame, I think thats what they called the frame....anyway it will take about an hour.. That's perfect. I remembered it being a combination of tube frame and mallite, but not how it looked.
That should give me enough ideas to work with.

That Road and Track cover car is what I'm contemplating. I had that issue when I was a kid!

Anyway look at Autocar Report-On-The-Mclaren-Elva-Vee8_page_2 schematic of the M-1 I found by searching "Elva" and looking around.
