Morning Fellows, Received a Feb 1962 Sports Car Graphic with Bruce McLaren on an excellent cover photo wrenching (with a PIPE Wrench!) on a Cooper Monaco-Coventry Climax. Had this magazine for years before donating my extensive library to the San Diego Automotive Museum. If you are building a Cooper Monaco or Shelby King Cobra this is probably the BEST source of info on chassis building. It has a beautiful CENTERSPREAD schematic of the car and outstanding views and info of Reventlow (Scarab) Automobiles Inc. installation of the 215 alloy Buick V-8 engine with 45 mm sidedraft Webers and the cooper transmission. Now that I am almost finished with my Daytona Coupe "Backbone" chassis, I feel I can finally tackle a King Cobra AGAIN!
