I’m going to call this one “almost done.” I was looking at the pics and realized I had forgotten to paint the boot lid hold downs on the back. I’ll go back and take care of them shortly. It’s fun kit, not too difficult to build. The kit decals were a bit brittle and cracked when asked to conform to too much of a compound curve, for the most part, they worked fine. As I said earlier, the Zero Designs masks were a complete failure. It took me longer to remove the adhesive from the clear parts than it took to go back and cut my own masks. I have sets for three other kits that I’ll be using as templates to cut my own masks from Tamiya tape. Ben

Ben, Just a great looking car, and you already know my feelings about the wheels and decals. And as Ismael said, it has one great overall scheme.

It's beautiful Ben. I always liked the Castrol sponsorship colours, that one looks especially good.
Nice job!

Great work Ben. I think that livery looks better on the Supra than it did on the Celica rally cars.
Also, How did you manage to get a sharpie to stay alive for long enough to do all of those wheel studs? Every sharpie that I have ever used dried up 30 seconds after taking the cap off.
Cheers ShawnS

Thanks! Shawn, I used a fine tip and sort of made an X or asterisk across the wheel nuts. That must’ve kept the ink flowing! Ben
