Chris, I've followed your build since day one as I'm truly in awe of anyone who can turn these MFH kits of "zillions" of little pieces into a true replica, and my friend at your level, each build is just not only truly amazing, but certainly at the museum level.
Your presentation of the finished Ferrari 312PB at times is just not distinguishable from the real car. I know that I've said this over and over again, but that's how I truly feel. I've loved and learned from each of your updates, and always look forward to the next one.
So what's up next on your bench?

That's an awesome build Chris. Super clean ! I'm starting my first MFH kit, a 289 Comp Cobra. What have you found best for glueing white metal parts ?

I use a medium gel CA for most of my white metal parts, I also use a 5 minute epoxy and for structural tubing, like in a Porsche 917 JB weld. A good friend of mine is begging me to use a low temp solder, but I’m a little hesitant because if I get it too hot it will end up as a pile of goo on your work bench. That’s a cool kit, wish they made that in 1/12! Good luck with it, hopefully you’ll start a thread so I can see your progress 😉

thanks for the reply Chris. i suppose the tumbler is a must to clean parts? I will start a thread when i figure out what the hell i'm doing with this white metal. i have the 1/12 427 MFH kit for a future build , along with about 100 other projects.

The tumbler is a go to for cleaning and polishing, makes life a lot easier I actually had someone accuse me of painting the frame for my 156 when it had just been put through the tumbler and then assembled! It is a very worthwhile investment.
