I thought I had bookmarked an online site that allowed you to make customized license plates but now I cannot find it. You could choose the state, year of the registration and then you entered the numbers/letters or whatever you wanted and it gave you a template that you could then print. For example I have done both yellow and black California plates with ease. A Google search has turned up nothing. Does anyone recall that site?
