So I am looking for a way to find out what Tamiya TS spray colors correlate to on one of the color mixing formats such as RGB,CMYK, HSB, Pantone, HEX, HSL. I want to print decals that match the paint without having to do constant spray and print trial and error efforts. Thanks.

Hello,
That sounds like a job for a colorimeter. Do a search on Amazon by colorimeter and you'll find a big selection from less expensive to really expensive. At least that can get you an idea of what features to look for.

This link will interchange all the manufacturers, Humbrol, Tamiya ETC. to the Fedral Standard numbers, it may be of some help, Check it out hobbylandbg.com/index.php/colourtable The Humbrol site also offers some great color interchange and reference charts, They sent some poster size ones to me I had them on the wall in my office for quite a while as I found them helpful...
