Watch where you put your finger Ismael, the coil boxes on these really pack a punch. 😃 When my dad was younger he used one as a theft deterrent on his. 🤣

Hello, According to my research, all 1915 Model T Coupelets (I've found like 5 examples online) had very small oval windows on the sides of the top. The top in the model does not have these. I suspect that since Pyro had a reputation of modeling very specific cars they had access to, most likely the 50 years old car they used had a replacement or refurbished top at the time without those. Anyways, I'll try to add them. Measurements are important in order to do the other side. The other side After that I tried to add some texture. The part is way too smooth on the sides. Looks like a body panel instead of a soft top. Thanks, Ismael

For many years my Dad was invited to drive a star in the Hollywood Christmas Parade, He would drive his 1915 Sedan from Yorba Linda, Ca to Hollywood , He had to take old side streets because it wasnt fast enough to take on the Freeways, but each year Jo Ann Worley, star of the TV Show "laugh In" would insist that she ride in the T with him, he wore era correct clothing and made a adventure of it. I went to the shop one day and because my mother , his wife, was Apache Indian he could go on the reservations there he would find intact Model T's that were not rusted but sandblasted by the sand and sun, when I went he had a 18 Tall T (Runabout) body, fenders and frame, they in very usable condition. He begged me to take it and build a full car out of it. I didnt have a garage then so I had to turn down a nice freebie! He sold it shortly after but.... Chris

Hello, Scratchbuilding is a very hard habit to break. To the point of overwhelming common sense. From left to right: Clutch-Low-Hi gear, Reverse, Brake Parts highlighted in red will replace the kit's steering column, highlighted in yellow. Note: Model T steering columns are NOT round. They house not only the steering rod but also the spark advance and throttle rods as well. Thanks, Ismael

Ismael, The steering shaft and wheel assembly looks fantastic. Once you mentioned that the driver's seat is slightly worn compared the passenger's seat, it does seem that way, but I'm just not that sure. I can see why some would recommend a little group therapy. joel

Ismael, I can see why some would recommend a little group therapy. joel Joel, I think LOTS of group therapy would be more accurate. 😃 I remember watching my dad teach me how to drive ours. Talk about multi tasking.

Hello, Adding texture to a smooth plastic part: 1. "Paint" the area with diluted white glue and cover the part with a Kleenex or similar tissue 2. Wait overnight and trim Paint it! But how about the boot cover when the top is down? It is also solid smooth plastic. Same thing: Thanks, Ismael
