Indy car race at Texas (4/2/2023)

Hello,

  WOW! I have to say that race was GREAT!  These guys have the respect, confidence and balls to go 200+ MPH side by side by a mere 2-3 inches from each other, lap after lap.  That was a really good race!  I was rooting for O'Ward. That kid can drive!

Same here, just an outstanding oval race. I've been a Team Penske fan since I 1st met him and Mark Donahue at Bridgehampton for the USRRC race in 1967, so having Newgarden make it 2 in a row was a thrill for me.

To bad that the stands were nearly virtually empty. I'm willing to bet that the TV ratings were horrendous as well. A lot must have to be due to the poor racing at Texas the last few years when it was strictly a one lane track.
