IT'S ON THE WAY!
Just paid for the MFH 1/12th kit of the 1976 Brabham BT45 as driven by Carlos Reutemann. The car will be a single color and it will be the first Alfa power plant I have built since taking on the old Protar 1/12th Alfa Romeo 179B kit way back in the 1980's.
Given MFH quality, I cannot wait for delivery!

Given MFH quality, I cannot wait for delivery! This I'd like to see. I'm just finishing up the BT44. I also have a BT45 resin conversion "kit", no idea who made it. The idea is you use a Tamiya BT44 donor for the common parts. The resin body looks not too bad but the engine is a joke, so add a Protar ALFA as a second donor and by then might as well buy the MFH like you did. Looking forward to what you do with it my friend!

DELIVERY DAY YESTERDAY! Nice little hand written note from Kyoko but no origami swan... it was a nice touch but they have been rather distracted. I must say... four days from invoicing and payment to delivery for a product from Japan is pretty amazing. And it just showed up at the door! So here is the unboxing... I PROMISE THIS ONE WILL SIT IN THE BOX UNTIL I FINISH THE OTHER TWO... I PROMISE! (And no, I don't have my fingers crossed behind my back... I have at least six projects needing completion right now!) As always, your comments are welcome!
