Always, I'm thinking about that Porsche. Pixs please. Calvin, you be good! I am still flogging the 30 mistake car, fighting a 637 Indy Ferrari, and struggling with a myriad of other things. Focus...focus...focus!

I've started a Heller Porsche 917, a Heller Ferrari 330 P4, and a Heller Ferrari 512. A common practice of Heller is to make a seam run right through the middle of the nose, so I sawed the lower nose off of the 917 chassis and fitted it to the rest of the front bodywork. Does anyone have the Fujimi 917 exhaust parts they could lend me?? I would sure like to make a more realistic exhaust system. I don't think Heller had any pictures of how the engine is mounted or what the exhaust looks like when they made this kit.
I found out why you don't see many pictures of completed 512 models after trial fitting the 512 body and chassis. Plus, there does not seem to be any real mounting system for the engine. The rear bodywork does not include the prominent louvers on the top of each side, so I'm trying to decide how to add these.
The 330 P4 rear bodywork does not include the cover over the engine so I'm trying to figure out how to add one. Plus the firewall does not even come close to fitting inside the body so I'm scratch building that too. The duct work for the induction and oil coolers is totally absent as well.

Tim I thinking about picking one of those Fintstone 550's to build a Glocker like this one owned by my friend Chris, he recently converted it to the hardtop version I like the roadster better though... Finally on the workbench is the 1/16 Alan Mann Ford GT40 AMRGT 40 01/02, I am building Webers for it, based on some 3D printed main bodies TDR Innovations did custom for me. and a 356 Porsche that was a glue bomb and a 642 Ferrari f-1 by Rossi in 1/43 scale.. Pics to come on those.. Chris
