Having built all of the various common C1 Vettes back in the day, I felt the MPC was the best of the bunch.
I know some of the scale haters out there will back into the turn 6 wall and tip over due to the 1/25 scale of these kits, so they should go for the Monogram 1957 version in 1/24 if you're gonna trip out. For me, as long as the parts are scale compatible, I'm good with it. I consider 1/24th to be an antiquarian scale based on feet and inches, rather than a more modern and decimal friendly 1/25.
I notice the frame is gray and the body white...Is that due to using a 1960s issue body shell and new release frame?

NO THE FRAME AND BODY ARE FROM THE SAME RE-ISSUE KIT AND ARE GRAY, MUST JUST BE THE LIGHT! CHRIS
