Greetings. Thanks, Chris, for setting up this board. I see that several folk I recognize are hear. For those of you who don't know me, in real life, I'm a mechanical designer for an oil field technology company (that means we make oil exploration tools). I also am a regular contributor to Motorsport.com and to Vintage Racecar magazine. (Guess that's part of my "unreal" life.) You can check out some of my race photography and model building at www.vintagerpm.com/Lately, I've been building armor models but I'm ready to start a race car or two. Mike

Hi, Mike I have enjoyed your website for quite a while now and your models are great.. The Hornby Confederate Corvette is one of my favs as I have built that one also. The 1/32 Hornby kits are really done quite well and lend themselves to detailing nicely. I think have almost everyone! Great to have you on Board . Welcome!! Chris

Thanks, Chris. I manage to get 1 or 2 race photo updates onto the site each year, but I'm way behind on photographing model and uploading the photos. There's not a lot of parts in the Hornby kits, but what is there is pretty good. Probably a great starting point for a kit-basher or scratchbuilder. I'm just too lazy to do that. Mike
