Black Friday self indulgence

I've been a good boy this year so I gifted myself.

I picked up this little jewel for a whopping $4.21 (the paints, brushes, and glue alone are worth the purchase price). It was a 'door buster' for an online retailer's black Friday sale. The kit has more detail than a lot of 1/24 kits.











I'm not a huge fan of the Cruze (or any other GM vehicle for that matter), but M & S Hobbies was offering a package deal of the kit, detail set, and aftermarket decals and since kits of WTCC cars are few and far between, I dusted off the credit card.





Ebay purchase. This kit is outstanding. Is Simil R still in business? Do they make any other kits?

Good stuff, Rob! I like 1/32 scale stuff once in a while and you can't beat that price! I saw that Cruze kit somewhere recently too and thought it was kinda cool. What scale is it?

The Cruze is 1/24. I may start the Fiesta over the holidays. I may even try to use the paints and glue that came with the kit.

I picked up some Monster/Ken Block Decals for the Ford Fiesta a while back on ebay for about 7 bucks,they look great and that is a build I look forward to.. Great Christmas finds Rob....Chris
