April 7, 1968 Fourty Eight years ago we lost one of the most winning Champion drivers ever, he raced to 25 F-1 wins, ran in the Tasman series, NASCAR, Indy, Hillclimb even won Sebring!!He passed in a severe accident in a F-II race at the "Ring", Jimmy Clark was the perfect example of what a Champion should be like and how one should act! Todays F-1 Champion makes me slightly Ill when I see his exploits.. Cheers to Jimmy and a Time long Gone...Chris

Sadly, that was the day that I got to meet my childhood hero. Both a great day, and a devastating day for me... --Frank

I listened to the 1965 Indianapolis 500 live on a battery powered transistor radio. On that day I thought Clark was the greatest racing driver that ever lived.
