I have been trying to figure out how to scratchbuild Rocker Switches? I have Toggle and Push Button switches in turned aluminum but I want to have a panel of Rocker switches for my BMW 635csi project.... Suggestions Welcome... Chris

You could probably get away with stacking two small pieces of flat stock. One for the switch and larger piece for the bezel.

Hi Chris. This'll require one more piece. Both that JC said plus a piece of 1/4 round rod stock that has been cut to width and sanded to ~1/8th round for the "high side". That addition would add both the side to be pushed and the rounded back to it.
