Hello folks, thank you for accepting my application to join the group! I am no stranger to model car forums, including facebook. You may recognize my name or even seen some of my builds. But I am certainly very new to modeling sports car racing, and totally fascinated!
I currently live in St. Louis and have been a professional musician since high school.
I grew up and was raised in Milwaukee and spent a lot of time at the area dirt tracks and the Milwaukee mile watching the cars turn left. But I also ventured north to Elkhart Lake to see the Cam Am, Trans Am, Indy, and June sprints. That is what brings me here. To learn what I can about all the various types, classes, and drivers. Looking forward to participating.

Welcome. I grew up mostly around sports car road racing like Trans Am, Can Am, etc. And have made a living working on such race cars. But I've also had a lot of experience with circle burners and other forms of motorsports too. And this forum started out as a road race forum, but is now all-inclusive.
So welcome Slim.
