Looks great, you did a excellent job! Have you reached out to anyone who has a 3D printer, they may be able to help with your tires Sorry Chris, I missed your post - my bad.
A 3D printer would certainly work, but I think the cost would be wild. These are 1/12th tires, that's a lot of resin. I mean 1/24th's are pricey enough!

So, a lot of failed attempts, but I have 4 tires that will for the moment work. They're dimensionally accurate, look horrible, but are removable, so I can keep experimenting and if I come up with something better I'll replace them. For now at least she can sit on the (back of) the shelf!
With the body off:

Paul, Sure wish I could help with the tires, but I only have 1 1/12 scale kit in the stash, a BT44b still shrinked wrapped. But the Lotus 33 really looks quite good. From my point of view you did an excellent job of fabrication.

Paul,
What tires are you hoping to find?

Paul, What tires are you hoping to find? Patrick Patrick, they are 6.00L13 front and 7.00L13 rear Dunlops, but that size could come with varying widths depending on when in 1965, they seemed to grow.
To my knowledge, no kit tires in 1/12th were ever made (other than the not even close ones that came with this kit)
Actual car looked like this:
