i have to say the larger scale MFH kits are much more fun and easier to build......so far. Decals by 3 amigos . started with sand blasting some parts for a more natural look and some wet sand and polish to valve covers for a chrome look.

Looks nice. I'm quickly becoming the only one that have never touched a MFH kit. Thanks, Ismael

almost done .....yah right ! After spending the last couple days drilling holes, assembly is going good and parts fit very well. Polished the turkey pan at first but went over it with 400 grit to dull it out some. may have to paint it to look like original.

the MFH 1/24 version of the 289 Comp Cobra is a nightmare compared to the 1/12 427 version. Impressed with how everything is fitting so far and love the tiny screws to hold down main structure parts.

The kit comes with black rubber looking fuel hoses. Staying away from braided steel to be more period correct. Made some hard line fuel lines and the turkey pan makes this a challenge....well at least for me.

well this part called for a few cuss words. even though i had all holes pre-drilled , i found installing tiny screws and bolts to be a little tricky.

Coming together nicely! Those little screws can be troublesome. If you magnetized the screw driver it does help😉

If you can get the philips screwdriver that comes with the Tamiya motorcycles, they are magnetized and fit the MFH screws perfectly. BTW....great progress.
